Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

Customers are strongly advised to confirm product availability and final pricing over the phone before placing an order, as stock levels and prices may change frequently due to market conditions.

Orders are generally not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Delhi NCR: 2–4 working hours (selected products and locations only, subject to stock availability)

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Locations Across India: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.

Same-Day Delivery (Delhi NCR)

BuyShuy offers same-day delivery on selected products within Delhi NCR.

Same-day delivery is subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Delivery location

  • Order confirmation timing

  • Operational feasibility

Our team will confirm delivery availability before processing the order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

BuyShuy reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information while placing an order.

BuyShuy shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to update the information, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

may be subject to additional shipping, handling, and restocking charges before reshipment.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call, depending on availability.

Customers can use the provided tracking details to monitor the shipment status.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, BuyShuy shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

If a package is received in visibly damaged condition, customers should notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs and an unboxing video.

Product Availability

All products displayed on BuyShuy are subject to stock availability.

In cases where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact the customer regarding available options, which may include:

  • Waiting for restocking

  • Alternative product options

  • Refund as per applicable policy

Important Notice

Please call to confirm the final product availability and price before placing your order. As stock availability and prices may change frequently due to market volatility, any refund arising from a stock or price mismatch will be processed after deducting 4% of the total order value towards payment gateway and transaction processing charges.
