Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At BuyShuy, we strive to provide genuine products, transparent pricing, and a smooth shopping experience. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Confirmation

We strongly recommend that customers confirm the final product availability and pricing over the phone before placing an order.

As stock availability and market prices may change frequently due to market volatility, products may occasionally become unavailable or prices may change before order processing.


Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Orders

Customers may request cancellation of a prepaid order before dispatch.

However, due to payment gateway and transaction processing charges, any refund for a prepaid order cancellation will be processed after deducting 4% of the total order value.

This deduction also applies in cases where:

  • The customer cancels the order.

  • There is a stock availability mismatch.

  • There is a pricing mismatch.

  • The customer places an order without confirming availability and pricing.

The remaining refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 1–7 business days.

Postpaid / Cash on Delivery Orders

Postpaid or Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch from our store.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Return Policy

No Return Policy

BuyShuy does not offer returns on any products sold through the website or store.

As we deal primarily in electronic products such as:

  • Mobile Phones

  • Smartphones

  • Tablets

  • Laptops

  • Smartwatches

  • Earbuds & Headphones

  • Mobile Accessories

  • Computer Accessories

  • Home Appliances

  • Kitchen Appliances

  • Air Conditioners

  • Electronic Gadgets

returns cannot be accepted after delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product selected by customer

  • Product no longer required

  • Customer preference

  • Better pricing available elsewhere

  • Compatibility issues not verified before purchase

Customers are requested to carefully review product specifications and confirm compatibility before placing an order.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

In the rare event that a product is received:

  • Physically damaged

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)

  • Incorrect product delivered

the customer must notify BuyShuy within 24 hours of delivery.

To process such requests, the customer may be required to provide:

  • Complete unboxing video

  • Product photographs

  • Packaging photographs

  • Invoice details

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.


Manufacturer Warranty

Most products sold by BuyShuy are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty.

For any manufacturing defects, hardware faults, software issues, or performance-related concerns after delivery, customers may be required to contact the brand's authorized service centre directly.

BuyShuy will provide the purchase invoice required for warranty claims.

Warranty approvals, repairs, replacements, and service timelines are governed solely by the respective manufacturer.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch (subject to applicable deductions).

  • Product unavailable after order placement.

  • Incorrect product delivered and replacement unavailable.

  • Damaged or defective product verified by BuyShuy and replacement unavailable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 1–7 business days.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

4% Refund Deduction Policy

For prepaid orders cancelled by the customer, or for orders affected by stock or price mismatch without prior telephonic confirmation, 4% of the total order value will be deducted towards payment gateway and transaction processing charges.


Return Request Verification

In cases where BuyShuy approves a replacement or refund due to product issues, the product must be returned with:

  • Original box and packaging

  • User manuals

  • Chargers and cables

  • Accessories

  • Free gifts and promotional items (if applicable)

The product must not show signs of:

  • Physical damage

  • Scratches

  • Misuse

  • Tampering

  • Missing accessories

BuyShuy reserves the right to reject any claim if the returned product does not meet these conditions.
